個人淺見..
非洲人狩獵或者採集過程中 一定是用最有效率的方式(步行)來搜索獵物。
所以這應該解讀成 如果你相信低心率運動可以燃燒脂肪,以此來減肥,那就會失敗,因為你的身體很快就會習慣。
但是如果 你使用不同的運動 跟增加運動的強度,那身體就無法習慣,這樣才能有效增加耗能。
所以強度應該是減肥或減脂的key factor.
