大家好
大媽我從七月開始每天早上追劇
順便騎40分鐘固定式腳踏車 騎完再來點肚皮舞基本動作 扭個腰轉轉屁股
或是跪著伏地挺身 沒有完全起來的仰臥起坐 那種很輕微的肌力
幾個月來次數從一開始10下增加到20下兩到三組
有變瘦(體脂肪下降4kg) 覺得皮膚有變好 也很久沒感冒了 (希望不要烏鴉嘴)
可是隨著氣溫往下掉 手腳就開始冰冷
早上的熱身也越來越久
常常戲都演完了身體在流汗 我的腳還是冰的.......
流汗不是要散溫嗎?腳都還冰冰的散什麼溫 =_=
或是手腳僅微溫 但是躺著拉筋的時候迅速變冰
今天早上室內明明還有20度
我的手腳就冰冷到踢腿落地的時候腳掌還會覺得微微刺痛
(我有穿襪子和運動鞋)
等到10度的時候難道要包暖暖包運動嗎囧rz
我本來想說持續運動幾個月健康變好了
心肺功能應該有提昇了吧
今年應該可以有一個暖呼呼的冬天
結果........
難道手腳冰冷一定要靠食補嗎?
生老么做月子的那個冬天完全沒有手腳冰冷的問題!但也只有那個冬天.......
