運動狀況差 - 健身

覺得最近身體狀況越來越差,容易感到疲倦,運動表現也很不穩定
以握推來說,一個禮拜只有一天覺得70kg推很順
其他6天可能就60kg就很吃力...
我每天都睡滿8小時,吃也就三餐正常,比基代高400-500
晚餐份量比較少一點
每次只要上課完就昏昏欲睡,運動的時候也是...
ffmi21應該對身體負擔不大吧...為什麼常覺得能量消耗很快很快
有人也這樣過嗎??
