原文恕刪...看到這篇文章好像看到半年一年前的我...
我好像也發過類似的這種文章 很多篇?! XDDD
現在會覺得其實這些閒言閒語 聽聽就算了...
運動不運動 練不練肌肉 說真的干其他人什麼事...
就像生活習慣或個性一樣...自己選擇罷了
有的人喜歡當沙發馬鈴薯 有的人就像脫韁野馬到處衝到處跑跳...
SO WHAT? 合得來就聊 就鬥陣做夥啊...
我現在連規勸別人減肥要運動都懶了咧...
身體又不是我的 害害企拎兜A代誌....
嗯...其實我看到原PO另一個氣炸的點是...
那個男生幹嘛自以為是的規勸對吧~ 然後規勸還說錯觀念 XDDDD
好吧 這真的很討厭....
但為什麼這些自以為是又愛管(侵犯)別人的人那麼多呢?
嗯...好問題 我也不知道為啥老天爺會讓這世界上有那麼多"熱心"的人....
耶...我好像講了一堆亂七八糟的東西喔
好啦 我來野人獻曝說一下最近的可笑經驗好了
話說 我前陣子和人閃電在一起 然後兩週多就分手了...
個性不合和有太多"外力"介入是主因
但是聽說 他的朋友對我的"身材"很有微詞...
(也許前閃光也不太滿意我的身材?!)
(原PO很久沒量體重了 大概就152CM 65KG上下吧
但是我可是個有運動習慣2.3年的乖寶寶喔)
聽了就真的覺得很無聊...老娘的體態怎樣 礙到你們摟?
我就不相信我每週忙的要死 還要抽空去運動的身體狀況
比你們這群煙酒成癮的死老百姓還不健康!!
體重很重要嗎? 體態一定要瘦嗎?
我自己覺得 如果連4K的操場都不能輕鬆跑完那樣的身體才是不夠健康吧~
但是世俗上那些"好心"人 哪管這麼多...
所以 跟別人爭論或聽別人扯那些 太無聊了...
不如拿時間去加強體力比較實在...至少健康是妳的!!
這樣有安慰到原PO了嗎 XDD
還是要我PO我醜醜的訓練照片...
證明一下 原PO或者這個版上很多人的體態都比我好太多了XD
好啦 我補充說一下...或許台灣社會運動風氣還在努力開化當中吧
慢慢等待看有沒有一天能跟歐美一樣摟~
我覺得有機會啦
畢竟FITNESS都從一開始跟美體版搞不清界定 進步到現在的體適能風氣...XDDD
