是用很慢的速度連續跑一小時效果好
還是用比較容易累的速度跑三十分鐘?
我個人覺得連續跑一小時其實不太會喘
只是腳真的很酸
到最後都是憑藉意志力讓腳繼續跑@@
請問我該選擇哪項效果比較好?
