請教一下
若是要減重而運動(腳踏車)
是持續持久的不停踩(速度一般)效果較好
(假設踩一小時)
還是奮力踩個幾分鐘讓自己很累很喘
休息個幾分鐘再繼續
比如踩5分鐘休息5分鐘循環六次同樣花一小時
這兩種減重效果何者較佳??
