運動與生理期的問題 - 健身

今年四月份開始 我每週安排了兩次運動
一天拳擊有氧 一天重訓一小時
當天課程結束後若有時間和體力
會加上在跑步機上慢跑個40分鐘
飲食控制 朝著tdee方向走
不會讓自己餓肚子
也有足夠休息不會逼自己逼太緊
其實運動強度和次數跟很多版友比起來
都算少的
問題來了 我的生理期竟然開始提早來
上次提早三天 今天又來了
整整提早八天......巧的是都是在重訓後兩天來
所以我想請問是否有版友有一樣狀況呢?
本來生理期都很準時 怎麼運動後反而不規律了
好困惑啊...
