近年來健康養生意識抬頭,
有運動習慣的人比例想必是逐漸上升。
大家身邊生活圈中的朋友中,有在運動的人
比例多嗎?這些有運動的人,有些可能只是週末運動型的,偶一為之的,
除去這些人,有規律運動習慣的又有多少?
再來,這些有規律運動習慣的人中,把運動的種類做分類:有氧(如慢跑、自行車等)
、球類運動、重訓、其它,其中的比例又是如何?
感覺做有氧(慢跑)、或打籃球的人口 > 重訓的人口
身邊有在做重量的朋友好像也不多~
大家的觀察呢?
