適合柔道的上肢拉訓練? - 健身

各位巨巨好
小弟我有在練柔道,柔道中有很多上肢拉與軀幹旋轉同時進行的動作。
上肢推的訓練中,只要做單邊的動作軀幹旋轉肌群就會很有感覺。但是上肢拉做單邊就比較沒感覺,請問有適合同時訓練上肢拉與軀幹旋轉力量的動作嗎?
p.s. 希望能以立姿的動作為主,會比較符合專項需求。
