鄭多燕和跑步機快走 - 健身

最近持續運動一個多月,
原本都是採跑步機快走30mins(6km/hr),
跑完馬上量頸脈15秒,差不多都40下(一分鐘160)
而且除了一開始運動那三天腿很痠外,
之後就都漸漸習慣覺得快走得很輕鬆;
這兩天想說來跳一下很夯的鄭多燕,
都是跳完一片約30mins的長度,
跳完馬上量頸脈15秒,卻只有在35下(一分鐘140)
但是跳完隔天全身都超痠痛的,
像今天也是硬撐著痠痛在跳…XD
請問一下,是不是因為我不習慣動全身,
所以跳鄭多燕一下跳太久才會造成肌肉痠痛?
但是心跳數卻又比較低,這樣子都以30mins的條件下,
快走和鄭多燕哪個比較能達到有氧燃脂的效果呢?
