最近開始做鄭多燕了
目的是想流點汗及塑身 腰身實在是越來越粗了
但是 有個扭腰擺臂的動作 我實在是做不來

這個扭腰 到底是要怎麼做呀
自己照著鏡子做起來 很像在扭屁股而已 很好笑
做不出那個性感的動作出來
請問可以教我應該怎麼做這個動作嗎?
本人沒什麼韻律感 也不會跳舞
所以這個動作對我來說 真的好難
請大家教一下我吧 ^^
