夏天到了!
冬天所累積的油滋滋,
該要去剷除它了!!
所以
有決心去執行!!!
於是看到有人推薦鄭多燕的減肥法,
就依照影片一起做,
讓我哀嚎的事情發生了,
跟著她做運動至20分鐘左右,
滿身大汗,是真的流很多汗,肌肉感覺到超痠痛,
後續就無法跟上了!
接著
我停止運動了= =
才一次,就一次跟著鄭大師運動,
我休息了三天,現在還在腰痠背痛,
離譜的,我還貼撒隆趴司 = = (脖子+背+腰...差點大腿也想去貼= =)
體重沒有減到,還胖了(因太痠痛,就變得懶懶了x_x)
其實,是要告知要瘦身的朋友們,
要先熱身,熱身很重要.........
太急於想瘦的我,
忽略了熱身,真的想瘦想瘋了...>0<
還有
碰到我這樣的問題...就是全身痠痛!!
該怎麼辦?
就休息等痠痛好嗎????
