從去年開始 身份由學生轉變成上班族
健身的頻率也一路下滑
原本一週還能維持五練
最後只剩下一週1練
本週覺得不能在這樣廢下去
開始認真跑菜單 回復以前的訓練強度
結果才到第二練
晚上就出現發冷 全身痛 沒食慾 嘔吐的症狀
超級痛苦 整整一天多都吃不了任何東西
直接強制斷食 到昨天才好轉
提醒版友重拾健身習慣真的要循序漸進 慎防過度訓練
