重訓vs鄭多燕 - 健身

想請問重訓和鄭多燕優先選哪個對減重比較有效?
已經有跑步(有氧),現在想加入重訓,但重訓總覺得
做沒幾下就不想做,做十幾下,就會休息很久。
因此,改以鄭多燕的取代,因鄭屬雕塑性質且應該也可增肌,
跳起來也比較有"動"起來的感覺,因此增肌的部分,可否以鄭
的方式,或者應以舉啞鈴或仰臥起坐等方式為佳?
