重訓及有氧 - 健身

小弟目前要降低體重
大概的菜單是 重訓 大約是最大重量的70%-80%
12-15次做三組
基本上腳四頭二頭 手二頭三頭 臥推
然後去踩腳踏車當有氧 約40-45分鐘
可是這樣做完之後沒有很喘很累的感覺
是有氧的強度不夠嗎?
還是有氧做完本來就不會又喘又累?
麻煩各位大大提點 謝謝
ps 小弟目前173/100 運動完會喝乳清
