重訓和有氧在同一天的先後順序 - 健身

想請問各位前輩,
若在同一天內要做重訓和有氧應該哪一樣先為佳,
之前有爬文,知道最好是分開天做,
(但原因我已經忘了,有好心版友寫在在推文中講解)
我目前的重訓是女性專用健身房,強度不太強,
想要加入有氧,增加運動量,除了健身減肥外,
本身是重度失眠患者,目前沒有在工作,每天都在家,
想藉兩項運動來增加活動量。
