重訓完馬上有氧OK嗎 - 健身

有看完置底文了 也估狗過重訓很多文章
但對重訓後馬上有氧會消掉肌肉的部分還是不太了解
有點擔心做很久結果發現是白工之類的@_@
身體狀況 177/70 體脂14~15
目前每天都有氧10分鐘+重訓(各部分15下4組)+馬上有氧40分鐘
(因為強度低所以就每天做了)
有氧心跳都有保持差不多130
因為是騎機器腳踏車可以看轉速保持固定
(有看自己大概什麼狀況可以130以上)
確定不會騎久變慢

手有點軟趴趴說 目前做一禮拜又1天了 自己看好像沒差別>_<
要練到2頭肌3頭肌線條分明 然後有點肌肉這樣
像健身房那些體格很帥的人(肌肉明顯但不會很誇張那種)
要大概多長的時間呢??然後重訓完接有氧會不會有反效果呢??
