由於重訓的重量沒有做到完全力竭
以前就有重訓後再做有氧的習慣
上次看到Jimmy的文章也是有重訓後有氧的訓練方式
但每次都覺得重訓後整個肌肉都鼓鼓的
線條變的好看
但再跑去有氧 甚至上有氧課1小時
結果整個線條都瞬間變回原形了
雖然過一段時間身材還是有變好
但重訓後有氧真的對重訓的效果影響很大嘛?
一定要把重訓以及有氧排在不同一天嘛?
