重訓後肌肉酸痛 - 健身

爬文得知重訓時部位要分開練
而且在練完一個部位最好可以休息個48~72小時
中間的時間可以做些有氧或是練練其他部位
因為最近一直被同事說有變胖了@@"想說練一下身體
結果練完後隔天肌肉有酸痛了,就像小學仰臥起坐狂催猛做結果隔天超酸的那種酸XD
想問的是,如果休息了48小時了還是在酸痛,那可以繼續練嗎
還是要等到肌肉都不酸痛了再繼續練比較好
很怕剛開始如果做一天結果同一個部位休息一星期,有練跟沒練好像是差不多的
請版上的先進指點一下我這剛入門的新手吧 orz 我不想做一休七阿!!!
