重訓後跑步速度 - 健身

之前沒重訓
只有純跑步,當時體重52、51kg
每天跑4K,很少偷懶,
跑一年下來,
4K控制在不超過20m完成,
3K最高紀錄是14m30s,
有時心血來潮會自己跑個8K,
跑過半馬但記錄很差XD。
去年開始重訓,
吃一堆有的沒的,體重現在在63、64kg,
曾經有幾個月的時間沒跑步,
後來又開始跑,但一週只跑2~3次3K,
然後發現現在跑步速度真的夭壽慢,
3K極限加速跑大概要17m42s才能完成,
整整慢了3分多鐘,
4K蠻久沒跑了,
個人覺得一部分原因可能是重訓後才跑有差,
但最主要還是因為體重實在變重太多,
有人觀察過自己速度變慢多少嗎,
還是有人重訓之後反而越跑越神勇?
