新手入門,有錯誤請溫柔指正QQ
我的體型是
奶大、手臂粗、屁股大、大腿鬆弛、小腿粗壯
只有腰是細的
簡單來說體態很不好看又有駝背
兩個禮拜前開始每天跳鄭多燕
上禮拜天開始第一次重訓
我沒有請教練
是請運動員哥哥教我、幫我開菜單
一個槓鈴+兩邊2.5的槓片就讓我狂爆汗
練完手腳幾乎沒知覺(但很爽)
但隔天
手臂、背、屁股、大腿超級酸痛
第二天也是很酸痛
而且只要一駝背,背也開始酸了QQ
讓我開始懷疑
1、是我姿勢錯誤導致拉傷結果自己誤會成肌肉酸痛嗎?板上的重訓前輩們一開始重訓也
會?
2、如果沒有問題,但星期三還有點酸痛我還能去做重訓嗎?
