重訓放在早上還是晚上好? - 健身

各位版上前輩好
小弟一直以來習慣下班後去健身房做有氧和重訓
但近來工作型態改變
變得晚上下班時已經有點精神不繼了
為了怕影響晚上的訓練質量
有把重訓改在早上
也就是早上起床後半小時後直接去健身房做重訓
但也有在網路上看到有分享說其實早上做會影響到訓練的質量
還懇請前輩們不吝指教
是該把原本訓練量移到早上?
還是繼續下班後(晚上)去健身呢?
