阿姨最近這兩個月進入重訓
教練教過的,自主訓練都做一輪
因為教練沒有幫我制訂運動菜單,我是自己安排的
一週3-4健
想請前輩幫我看看,這樣的菜單是否還行
另外因為我沒辦法一天只練同一個部位,因為會沒有辦法出力
所以是腿跳背跳腹部之後再換臀腿,以此類推
謝謝大家,懇請給我建議
背部Seated row 25kg 15下一組*6
夾腿29.6kg 15下一組*6
背部Lay pulldown 18kg 20下一組*2 25kg*4
腿推Leg press
左腳20下一組 27.3*6
右腳20下一組27.3*6
捲腹Abdominal crunch 20下一組 28kg*6
Triceps press down 11kg 20下一組*4
開腿 34kg *20下一組*5
滑步機speed 6 40分鐘
5公斤彈力帶相撲走路10組
臀推8kg 20下一組*4
