我舉啞鈴的時候
會習慣把前面舉的兩次起去掉
從第三次開始數第一下
因為第一和第二下 姿勢常常歪掉
或比較沒使用到整條手臂的肌肉
練上半身肌肉群的時候
照鏡子反而練的更起勁
一直看又有點乏味
所以我會從看鏡子慢慢導入看電視
做的組數反而更多
通常不看搞笑的 一笑肌肉就整個軟掉
大家在練哪些部位時 也有特別的習慣嗎?
