重訓三個月 有一些問題
看過很多文章 都說長肌肉要靠做大重量 破壞肌肉纖維
但是實際練下來
如果用太大的重量 反而會姿勢不標準(容易聳肩,或吃到太多手的力氣)
而沒有練到目標肌群
但是用適度的重量 當天會練到力竭 但隔天就馬上回覆了
只要隔天沒有酸痛 就會很失落
還是說 隔天沒有酸痛是很正常的
請問各位高手 有什麼建議嗎 謝囉
