重訓與有氧的順序及量? - 健身

從接觸重訓到現在也有半個月了,
很多習慣都還在調適中,
起初是安排:有氧(踏步機20/腳踏車20)40min
...>
重訓約30-40min(手臂兩種/腰1~2種/腿1~2種)
(每總各做3組,每組25下)
...>
有氧(腳踏車)20min收尾
後來爬版看到版大說要先重訓再有氧
所以改成有氧(踏步機)20min->重訓->有氧(腳踏車)40min收尾
頻率大約是一周/3~4次
請問還有什麼要修正的地方嗎?
