潛水很久了,
我有168cm/50kg
但是體脂有21
基代只有1200
因為肌肉比例太少了...
所以我想利用重訓來增加肌肉
平常都會去跑步或游泳... 維持每週333的運動量
現在一周也有兩天特別做重訓
我看板上的建議 重訓一回合8-12下 重複3次
可是又有人建議這樣的訓練是針對肌肉
女生要的是緊致的線條與肌耐力 所以每回合是20-25下 重複3次
爬版了很久
都沒看到類似的討論
想請問
