健身兩三年了
一直都沒有很重視拉伸放鬆
直到最近接觸了羽毛球跟瑜珈
才開始意識到自己全身的肌肉都好緊繃
整個人一直處在一個緊繃的狀態
已經有在固定去給運動按摩放鬆了
自己也會用滾輪與筋膜球
但每次只要一練完
那種身體很不輕鬆感覺還是一樣會跑出來
請問各位前輩們
只要有在重訓
肌肉緊繃就是無法避免的嗎
還是兩者其實是可以共存的
只是時間問題而已
