我想問的是,高強度間歇運動主要是靠後燃效應來消耗脂肪,但是如果一個人平常有重量
訓練的習慣,他的後燃效應消耗的熱量應該已經很高了,這個時候高強度間歇的效果會不
會比傳統有氧還差?
順便問一下,在看精華區的時候有看到高強度間歇是有缺點的,請問是什麼缺點?(除了很
累以外)
