請問下,我的教練說我骨骼因為過去自主訓練導致跑位,例如胸推時,我後面肩胛骨ㄧ邊
收進來了,另ㄧ邊沒辦法整個收進去,深蹲時髕骨沒辦法正對腳尖,屁股後翹很嚴重(他
形容很像唐老鴨),就是屁股整個往後翹,反正他要我去外面檢查下,但他畢竟不是治療
師,他只能指出我有哪些重訓動作是常人做的到的,但我沒辦法完成。但沒辦法給予治療
(他覺得像健工那樣用滾輪幫學員滾幫助不大),要我去外面找專業人士尋求幫忙,請問
有人有推薦的嗎?
