重訓運動的效果? - 健身

最近開始發現有些褲子穿起來很繃很緊
但又捨不得丟掉
加上懶惰許久身體有變差的趨向
決定要丟掉此惡習
撿回以前熱愛運動的習慣
因為很久沒運動了
天生心肺功能就不是很好
小時候有氣喘跟支氣管炎
到了長大還是要時常噴保養的藥
但是心肺功能按照做檢查的量表看來大概只有11歲小朋友的程度
短跑對我來說即使很慢很慢的跑(平時心跳平均就105左右,去做檢查常被說心跳過快)
那痛苦程度也是旁邊看得朋友也會皺眉頭的程度
喘氣聲讓大家都以為我是在跑百米
但是為了保持身體健康
我還是很努力的慢慢加強持續的時間
看了板上的文章知道多運動就多消耗能量
所以又重拾家裡兩個5KG的啞鈴
能練的動作都差不多練了(除了少數幾個需要一些輔助器材才能練的動作)
現在平均是20下一組 一次3組的次數再做
但有些部位20下已經沒辦法做完能有力竭的感覺了
所以想請問一下
在不購買新的啞鈴情況下
我要做的是繼續增加次數一直做到沒力為止
還是這樣根本就是白用功不要說增加肌力連肌耐力都沒有屁用,乾脆不做?
沒有想練出很棒的肌肉
只是想維持線條還有不要讓肉看起來鬆垮垮的
還是轉換方式靠自身體重來訓練?(如置底分享的無器具訓練方法_)
單純這樣繼續舉啞鈴的話會對消耗熱量有幫助嗎??
因為我想不太會酸所以不太需要休息可以當作每天運動的一個課程
