開始斷食1個月 +重訓2個月了
因為怕自己1,2個月很快就放棄,所以去健身房沒有請教練
而是買單次的,一次150,不限時間的。
而自己也重訓了2個月了,每週約去2~3次。
但最近很明顯的發現自己開始偷懶,
在做重量的時候,只想休息,很討厭把自己的力氣榨乾...
以前還會把重量的數字當作挑戰
但挑戰了幾次,好像過了一兩關,就開始懶了
有人有這種情況嗎?我該怎麼辦???
