其實我本來也不相信伏地挺身可以練大胸肌
可是之前去墾丁的餐廳吃飯
裡面的猛男秀 他胸部真的很大 雖然小肌群沒有練得很好 但是稱猛男當之無愧
重點是墾丁哪裡會有健身房 =_=
所以應該也是靠伏地挺身練出來的
昨天晚上吃宵夜的時候
一個在地人問我 問我有沒有在做伏地挺身 說我練的不錯
然後他擠他的胸部給我看 說這是他年輕的時候伏地挺身練出來的
說他一次做980下 (感覺在畫虎爛)
但是的確蠻大塊的 看不出來他已經很長一段時間沒練 (他腹肌因為喝酒團結了)
他的做法是腳比身體高 兩隻手放在兩張椅子上 說這樣肩膀才練的寬
其實我覺得如果不是立志在參加比賽的話
伏地挺身的練法也是可以練
我已經遇過好幾個只做伏地挺身就有大胸部的人了 確定是肌肉
而且初學者很難掌握槓鈴臥推的要訣 練臥推反而手成長的比胸部快 p.s我就是這樣
所以理論歸理論
實行起來的話也許不一定跟paper上的結論一樣
