其實這是一篇閒聊文XD
減肥減了那麼久
從以前的巨肥 到現在大家口中算是正常
我不能說我自己算是減肥成功
但是自己總是有點心得
不要勉強自己 才是真正維持減肥的方法
之前為了強迫減肥而瘋狂運動 狂跑健身房
但是也讓自己的慾望反撲 造成吃更多
一而再再而三 終於放棄
從半年到一年前
我改從健身房的有氧運動 改為散步走路
飲食上
從每天的精算熱量
變成早上吃飽(但是清淡:像是饅頭夾自製蔥蛋) 午晚餐也都正常吃(但是也都清淡為主)
雖然在這裡大家可能會覺得強度不夠效果不佳
但是奇怪的事情
可能因為強度不高 所以伴隨著的心理壓力也不大 因此很容易執行
一周有五天 每天最少走三個捷運站
多的話就六個捷運站的量
體脂肪也慢慢的降了 雖然降的幅度不是說很高
但是目前身高體重體脂 158/48/22~23%左右 在體適能版中不算好 但也在標準值
至少我覺得長期以來效果很不壞
而且對於上班族來說很容易執行(尤其對於年近30歲的上班族 懶懶懶阿)
最最重要的事情 是之前的心肌肥大造成的心跳過慢現在都不會再次發生了
也不知道該怎麼說
其實只是想要閒聊PO一下文
說說自己長久以來對於體適能的感想
長久以來和體重對抗的我
終於有慢慢的學到了一點點心得
