標題: [問題] 長時間斷食狀況與中間應該休息多久?

如題,第一次超過24小時
最近原本要進行了一次120小時斷食,但在第三天開始拉肚子,後來只完成了90
雖然有心理準備,基本上感覺就像腸胃炎一樣,喝水就拉,身體上倒是沒什麼不適,精神也
很好,甚至好過頭了,晚上都睡不著
到了第四天開始,握力開始無力,重訓感覺很糟糕,就乾脆停在90小時結束
斷食結果都還不錯,但過程中的腹瀉,雖然很多文章都有注明,但是不知道是不是像我這麼
誇張,還是這是因為我宿便太多?
想問問大家的看法,另外像這樣的長時間斷食,之後應該隔多久可以再次進行,對身體不
會產生太大的負擔?
請各位大神教教我,謝謝
