在下接觸一些長期過勞工作的工程師
(早上九點半到晚上11,12點不等,常常還因為米國客人急件要求,加班到凌晨兩三點)
翻開他們的健康檢查紀錄,滿滿紅字
大多紅字的成因是因為過重,比如高血壓高血糖血脂過高脂肪肝...等等
大家也想要透過運動減重,但是因為以下兩個原因,大多作罷:
1.下班時間太晚,只想快回家爭取多點睡眠時間
2. 長期睡眠不足,激烈運動會否造成心臟太大負擔?!!
有適合他們的減重運動嗎?
