大家好
我是一個很瘦很沒肉的男生
想要讓自己看起來更強壯更有肉(最主要是上半身很單薄)
身高168 體重55
手臂整個很細 整個很弱
力氣又小 打網球被別人說抽球很沒力
空有技巧還是打不贏別人
(網球不知道是要練哪裡的肌肉?)
今天還特別找同學陪我去健身房練習
我整個很沒力氣 不論是手還是腳
看來我真的要多多努力練 看到自己條的重量這麼輕
真的超丟臉的 可惡 ~"~
我是想問1.是吃飯後練還是練完再吃
2.我同學說練完要喝一大瓶豆漿 really?
3.練完要休息幾天?一個禮拜可以練幾次?
