因為我跟我弟都在重訓
媽媽看到會跟我們聊 聽一聽之後 她表示想要嘗試
我是想說 幫她報個健身房 並請一個教練指導
重訓為主 有氧為輔 或是不有氧
一開始當然循序漸進 或許從機械式開始
但希望最後能以深蹲.硬舉等動作為主
想請問的是
重量訓練 尤其是一些自由槓的動作
會不適合長輩嗎? (約50歲,身體普通)
