最近去做新進健檢
結果報告出來是 胸腰椎邊緣形成骨刺
我時常會背痛跟腰痛
但還沒到難以忍受的地步 所以不想開刀
想請問有沒有訓練哪部位的肌肉可以改善呢?
像平板支撐或其他訓練核心肌群的運動
對長骨刺會有幫助嗎?
