想請問個問題~
我本來是四肢脂肪量很高但腰很瘦的女生,開始每天練2小時的練重訓+有氧之後我的四肢
有很明顯的變細了,但腰卻越來越粗(但是不是肚子變大,是沒有小腹的)
我並沒有特別練腹部(仰臥起坐什麼的),我專注在腿部的訓練,腿是瘦了,但腰卻粗到
...本來沒開始運動前很好穿的洋裝開始健身後背部的拉鍊卻拉到滿身汗都拉不上去...
有在健身的朋友跟我說腰變粗是一定的,因為胸跟背在長肌肉然後脂肪又消的比較慢
我想請問是不是撐過這段時間等脂肪消下來就能變回原本的細腰了呢?
因為我本身是做酒吧公關,要穿漂亮的衣服,腰變粗真的很....客人也不喜歡叫我不要再
練,他們覺得瘦點比較好,我自己也很羨慕瘦瘦的女生
會開始運動真的是因為想消脂而不是練肌肉(我知道有點肌肉線條很好),我也知道肌肉
很難練沒那麽容易,但老實說我真的只是想要消脂當那種讓我羨慕的沒有肌肉線條的瘦瘦
女生,會同時重訓+有氧也是想提高代謝讓脂肪消更快(也是有人建議我單做有氧就好)
