開始定期運動後很容易肚子餓 - 健身

兩個禮拜前開始會每天運動 (一週會休息一天)
運動內容是以下擇一
快走半小時/跳Chalean有氧舞蹈半小時/游泳30~40分鐘
或是xbox nike+ kinect training 20~30分鐘
(這個超累!!但是很好玩,讓我整個愛上運動)
吃飯則都差不多,以今天為例
七點半吃早餐:
自製馬鈴薯沙拉一小碗 (內有馬鈴薯、紅蘿蔔、小黃瓜、雞蛋,加上一點點美乃滋)

手掌大的菜包一個

即溶咖啡一杯
結果十點就餓了 囧
於是又吃了燙青菜︰花椰菜一把(約拳頭大)、秋葵一根、大蕃茄一顆。
然後十一點又餓了 囧
實在找不到吃的所以就吃了顆牛輒糖。
原po是個普通坐辦公室的上班族,所以上班活動量不大。
水也有喝夠(今天早上已經喝了1200cc左右)
也不是經期的因素
最近生活的改變,就只有運動了~~
所以應該是因為開始有運動,所以肚子容易變餓吧?
