飽足感的點心 - 健身

最近開始運動以後
雖然會在三餐吃到基代
但是飢餓感似乎隨著運動量而增加
大概是吃完正餐後一個小時就覺得肚子空空了
然後每次吃都沒有吃飽的感覺 = =
想請教一下
如果是上班族的話
在三餐中間或是晚上運動過後
有沒有低熱量,富飽足感,在便利超商或全聯較易取得的食物
來填滿空空的肚子的
大家都是用意志力來克服的嗎....
我最缺乏的就是意志力了= =
