從上個禮拜開始想說吃的有點少,於是上來版上詢問怎麼吃三餐並改變作息
比較大的改變是以前都12點多睡,最近變的10點多就跑去睡了,然後6點多就醒了
然後就餓到不行,是會胃痛然後全身無力發抖加冒冷汗的感覺…
以前很少這樣…
三餐也變的超正常都有一碗200G的飯,我媽還說飯量很多…以前不太吃這麼多飯,
結果一吃+早睡變的很容易餓
都撐不太到四小時,一下就胃痛了…例如早上8點前吃完早餐,12點前就餓到不行了
下午5點又開始餓,但都不敢亂吃零食,撐到時間到才開始吃,
可是明明吃的比以前多很多,但卻是餓的更快,更不耐餓,好奇怪呀!
像剛剛晚上8點才吃完晚餐,運動完大概11點就睡了,沒想到三點居然被餓醒了…
以前不管是少吃還是正常吃都不太會餓…感覺很不尋常…我該不會生病了吧QQ
請問這是什麼原因呢?
