開始減肥後,卻便秘了? - 健身

大概兩週前開始想要認真的減肥
三餐吃的變清淡而且少量(早午餐會有地瓜或生菜沙拉)
然後每天慢跑半小時,健身車半小時,仰臥起坐等簡單的訓練大概15分鐘
不過大概一週前開始發現
以前是睡醒就會想要上廁所
幾乎是一起床就可以上的出來
而且每天可能上個兩次(我本來就腸胃不是很健康)
但是現在起床沒有這種感覺了
甚至一兩天才會有想上廁所的感覺
好奇怪
有沒有人有這種經驗???
