嗯..
我就是下午發文說要跑步運動卻沒啥時間的準考生
剛剛我去跑了!!
因為現在時間都很晚了~ 沒有跑步機可以跑
所以我選擇跑外面的空地
我用機車的里程數量過一個方形空地約800m
原本打算要跑三圈(2.4km)的
(因為身邊沒碼表也沒手錶不知道怎麼抓時間)
所以打算跑三圈來測量看看
結果發現跑了2圈就幾乎快極限了!?
最後一圈就用快走形式把他完成
結果回家一看,總共花了20分鐘左右
這跟原本要跑的30~40分鐘有距離耶..
(其中一圈還用快走的一一")
請問我這樣跑速有太快嗎?
假如同一個公里數,
花10分鐘跑完跟花20分鐘跑完,哪個會比較好?
那如果我原本的跑速很快就累了(1x分鐘)
那我該怎麼調整速度呢@@?
麻煩指教一下了..
