五月開始每天晚上都會去跑河堤,大約一個半小時跑跑走走
晚餐都是盡量在七點前吃完就不會再吃東西了
早餐都是自己在家喝咖啡跟吃吐司水果
午餐吃自助餐食物都會用水洗一下
晚餐盡量不碰澱粉..吃肉跟菜
以前每天至少會有上廁所大號一次,但是現在很不固定耶
就算有感覺也是很少量,甚至覺得沒有排乾淨
這是哪裡出了問題嗎?我需要多吃什麼嗎?
還是補充什麼比較好呢?
