開始運動後就一直吃不飽 - 健身

hello大家好,最近小妹又開始比較規律的運動 (幾年前也有,但中間因為工作關係停了
將近一年半的時候沒運動) 然後自從開始運動之後就常常覺得很餓,有時候甚至會覺得好
像永遠吃不飽似的… 本來以為是自己的幻覺,但比對一下之前沒運動的日子和現在,很
明顯的就是沒運動的時候胃口差非常多,中間還有一段時間覺得是不是得厭食症XDDD
還有觀察身邊有在規律運動的朋友,好像也是很容易餓,這是因為基礎代謝提升的關係
嗎?我知道吃一個便當不會飽可以吃兩個,但是有時候心理真的很罪惡啊!! 認真在健身
房練到力竭或是路跑 跑了一兩個小時,有時候看一下消耗熱量也才幾百大卡,一個便當
也差不多那個量了吧?QQ
我有時候會安慰自己說「已經吃得很健康了,不油不炸不飲料不甜食,多吃一點沒關係
吧?」但真的沒關係嗎?我真的好疑惑啊啊啊!! 最近半夜常常被餓醒實在覺得好想哭!!
還是大家有什麼可以對抗飢餓的辦法呢?求解!!
