前幾個月來發過心得文
承蒙大家的指教批評鼓勵建議
後來因為轉換工作關係
所以關了部落格一陣子
也沒能定時每個月回報一下近況(喂)
而減肥的進度也因為OL生活所以稍微緩慢了一些
(萬惡的辦公室下午茶和主管請客聚餐啊XDDDDDD)
運動方面這個月也真的是有點荒廢了
希望下個月能夠再認真一點!
從05/11的113.7
到11/29的75.7
-38達成~
來分享一下對比照
希望也能激勵和我一樣體重破百的女孩們
只要我們願意去作
一切都有可能的~~
雖然我還沒有達到目標
也不能算完全成功了
但我還在路上
我想我可以繼續努力下去的
一起加油吧!!!
