間接性斷食 - 健身

各位巨巨不好意思第一次發文,
看過一些間歇性斷食的資訊與文章還是有些疑問,
希望能得到一些解答,
就是如果進行16/8斷食想要減脂,
我知道要盡量吃到足夠的蛋白質才比較不容易掉肌肉,
但如果加長斷食時間20/4,或者是5/2斷食這種方法,
我有聽過身體一餐有最多能吸收的蛋白質上限,
那想問這樣的話就算那一餐吃到足夠蛋白質,
是不是因為身體也沒辦法吸收那麼多而導致掉肌肉呢?
又或者5/2斷食那2天沒有進食的狀況,
還是這種狀況多多少少一定會掉肌肉呢?
