小弟健身新手,請不要鞭太大力 >"<
因為想在沒去健身房的天數在房間做徒手訓練
爬了沙灘肌肉文 #1LE6ayX4
得知伏地挺身原來有德壯(這是?)的組間休息10秒的間歇訓練方式
一開始幾組還算ok,可是大概做到第4、5組手就完全撐不住了(胸肌還可以)
所以只好改成雙膝跪地的姿勢做完剩下的5組(每組10下總共10組)
最後兩組甚至手都快沒什麼感覺了...
想請問是我手臂太弱嗎? (三角?三頭?)
還是我姿勢有錯? (下去擺放位置差不多在脖子的左右,與肩同寬這樣)
PS: 去健身房臥推平胸最高70kg(20+25*2)、上胸60kg(20+20*2)
